Waltz supports Microsoft Windows NT/2000 Networks as well As Novell Netware. We have a trained staff of engineers who are all certified to give you the best service possible. All of our engineers are trained on networking hardware and software, as well as computer hardware to minimize multiple trips... and you don't have to wait. Standard Services

Standard services are billed by standard hourly rates, either
onsite or in our lab.

All Maintenance Benefits

Helpdesk support - Under a Waltz maintenance plan, you and/or your employees can call us to get free support over the phone (with limited time).

Emergency response - We guarantee that if your network is down, we will be there onsite in less than 4 hours... 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Priority - Regardless of the support package you choose, you get priority on emergency response calls over non-contracted customers.

History - The service history of each device that we work on is recorded in our database to provide quick access to vital information to ensure accurate and efficient maintenance.

Dedicated Engineer - When you are under a service plan, you get a dedicated Engineer that knows your network... so there is no need to "relearn" a network on each service call.

Timely Service - Whether you have 2 or 500 workstations, we promise to give fair treatment to customers for normal service calls. First come first served.

Level I Support

Typical for the small business. Waltz has support service to maintain and run your network, eliminating the cost of having a full-time IT person and allowing you to do your business.

Level I support is designed for companies that have little or no technical knowledge and need an engineer to maintain their network, provide help with data backup, and maintain a plan to provide reliability and long-term planning.

Level II Support

Small to medium business that has a person in-house that has some technical knowledge and can repair some minor network problems. Typically this person has other job duties and cannot always dedicate the time needed for basic help.

A Waltz Engineer works closely with this person and aids in tasks and maintenance of the network. We can be a backup for when the local person is out of town, sick or busy. We also, with our professional knowledge, aid the person in planning a long-term solution for optimum efficiency as your organization grows.

Level III Support

Medium to Large companies Waltz can compliment your existing IT staff. Are they busy doing specialized work and have a difficult time trying to do mundane network maintenance or support? Do you need someone to provide a specialized solution? And help your IT staff maintain IT?

Engineers in this level will typically do work that your IT staff determines and will work directly with them. Engineers in some cases can help deploy applications that would require many hours of your IT staffs' time. In other cases, your IT staff may have specialized areas that need our attention, or a project that your staff needs additional help maintaining. For example, creating an additional Wide Area Network or firewall. It's suggested to provide a backup person just in case your IT person should ever want to go on vacation.

EOX Services

EOX Services is an Engineer Onsite scheduled routinely. EOX services are divided into time frames to address any customer's needs. This allows customers to "stack up" minor issues to be addressed all at once. This also aids in scheduling any possible down time for routine upgrades or maintenance. We will ensure that your network is maintained by checking backups, antivirus, network performance and other issues that may arise on a timely basis.

EOD - Engineer Onsite Daily. We can have an engineer at you location or locations for a scheduled amount of time each day of the week.

EOW - Engineer Onsite Weekly. We can have an engineer onsite to provide support at a scheduled amount of time per week. If you want to have an engineer on every "Tuesday" to handle daily maintenance and problems, we can do IT.

EOM - Engineer Onsite Monthly. We can send an engineer out each month to maintain and address support problems.

PB Services

Project Based Services are designed for those customers who have a specific need with no ongoing support. Ideal for customers who have a specific project that needs to be accomplished and will need a contract just for installation and configuration. Whether you are a customer or a competitor we can help you complete your project and work with you to get the job done.
